Refund & Returns Policy

At Cargo Co Pty Ltd (ACN 650 607 015), we are committed to your satisfaction. Please read this policy carefully before making a purchase.

1. Our Commitment

We stand behind the quality of every container we sell. All containers are inspected before dispatch and guaranteed to match the condition described on our product pages.

2. Change of Mind Returns

Due to the nature of our products (large freight items), we are unable to accept change-of-mind returns once a container has been delivered. We strongly encourage you to contact us before purchasing if you have any questions about a product’s condition, size, or suitability.

3. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a container that is significantly different from what was described, or arrives with damage not disclosed at the time of sale, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with the following information:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damage or discrepancy
  • A written description of the issue

We will assess your claim and, if valid, offer one of the following resolutions: a replacement container, a repair at our cost, or a partial/full refund depending on the circumstances.

4. Cancellations

Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of placement for a full refund. After 24 hours, cancellations may be subject to a restocking or logistics fee, particularly if your container has already been allocated or transport has been arranged.

5. Refund Processing

Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

6. Hired Containers

For containers on hire, early termination of the hire agreement may be subject to the conditions outlined in your hire contract. Please refer to your hire agreement for specific terms.

7. Australian Consumer Law

Our Refund & Returns Policy is in addition to, and does not limit, your rights under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
