This Shipping & Delivery Policy outlines how Cargo Co Pty Ltd (ACN 650 607 015) arranges delivery of shipping containers and related products to customers across Australia.

Delivery Coverage

We deliver Australia-wide. We maintain port stock in the following locations:

  • Melbourne, VIC
  • Sydney, NSW
  • Brisbane, QLD
  • Perth, WA
  • Adelaide, SA

Delivery to regional, rural, and remote areas may be available subject to freight carrier access. Please contact us at sales@cargoco.com.au or call 0468 248 067 to confirm delivery to your location before placing an order.

Estimated Delivery Timeframes

Due to the size and nature of our products, all deliveries are arranged via specialist freight carriers. Estimated timeframes from the date of confirmed payment are:

Delivery Costs

Delivery costs are calculated based on the product size, weight, and your delivery address. A delivery quote will be provided at checkout or during the order confirmation process before payment is finalised. Delivery costs are included in the final price presented to you before you complete your purchase.

How Delivery Works

All containers and large products are delivered by road via specialist flat-bed or tilt-tray transport. You will need to ensure adequate access to your delivery site, including:

  • Sufficient driveway or road width for a semi-trailer or rigid truck
  • A level area for container placement
  • Overhead clearance from powerlines, trees, or structures

If site access is restricted, please advise us at the time of order so we can arrange appropriate transport. Additional costs may apply for difficult access sites.

Delivery Notifications

Once your order has been dispatched, our team will contact you with dispatch notifications and tracking details. You will be contacted to arrange a suitable delivery window prior to the arrival of your container.

Receiving Your Delivery

An adult (18+) must be present at the delivery address to receive the container. If no one is available, the delivery may need to be rescheduled and additional redelivery fees may apply.

Please inspect your container upon delivery. If you notice any damage or discrepancy with your order, please note it on the delivery paperwork and notify us within 7 days with photographic evidence at support@cargoco.com.au. See our Refund & Returns Policy for further details.

International Shipping

At this time, we only deliver within Australia. We do not offer international shipping.
